Mr. Marks is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri (1998), the State of Illinois (1999), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (1998), the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (1998), the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois (2003), the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois (2003), and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (2003). Mr. Marks received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism in December 1993 where he graduated with Dean's Honors and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in December 1997. He received both the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Communication Law and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Mediation in 1997. Mr. Marks is completing his Masters of Arts with Dean's Honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism. He is a member of The Missouri Bar Association, The Illinois State Bar Association, The American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, The First Amendment Lawyers Association, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The St. Louis County Bar Association. Mr. Marks' practice focuses on litigation, including Family Law (Divorce, Custody & Visitation, Child Support), Constitutional Law (Freedom of Speech). Mr. Marks has extensive training in mediation and currently mediates disputes in the areas of Divorce, Child Custody & Visitation.
