Murry Marks and Jonathan Marks combine for more than 54 years of legal experience. Murry Marks has been involved in more than 1000 criminal trials as a defense attorney, and now concentrates solely on helping St. Louis-area people accused of crimes and personal injury. Murry A. Marks

Mr. Marks is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri (1963), the United States Supreme Court (1972), The United States Tax Court (1985), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (1964) and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (1964) and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (1985). Mr. Marks received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in 1954 and his law degree from Washington University in 1963. Mr. Marks is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The First Amendment Lawyers Association, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The St. Louis County Bar Association and The American College of Legal Medicine. He is a Life Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (2001), was selected to Who's Who in American Law (1990-present) and named Distinguished Fellow of the St. Louis Bar Foundation (1992).

Mr. Mark's practice focuses on litigation, including Criminal Law (State & Federal), Constitutional Law (Freedom of Speech), Plaintiffs Personal Injury and Professional Malpractice Law (Legal & Medical).

Jonathan D. Marks

Mr. Marks is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri (1998), the State of Illinois (1999), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (1998), the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (1998), the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois (2003), the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois (2003), and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (2003). Mr. Marks received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism in December 1993 where he graduated with Dean's Honors and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in December 1997. He received both the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Communication Law and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Mediation in 1997. Mr. Marks is completing his Masters of Arts with Dean's Honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism. He is a member of The Missouri Bar Association, The Illinois State Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The First Amendment Lawyers Association, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The St. Louis County Bar Association.

Mr. Marks' practice focuses on litigation, including Family Law (Divorce, Custody & Visitation, Child Support), Constitutional Law (Freedom of Speech).

Mr. Marks has extensive training in mediation and currently mediates disputes in the areas of Divorce, Child Custody & Visitation.
