The 60-day Restricted Driving Permit can be used for work, school and to attend an alcohol education/treatment program.  You do not need to apply for this permit; rather, one will be issued to you, if you are eligible, after you file an SR-22 form with the Department of Revenue.  Note: The SR-22 is not required for individuals less than 21 years of age suspended for testing 0.020% or more.

Limited Driving Privilege

The Limited Driving Privilege can be used for work, school, alcohol education/treatment program, medical treatment, etc.  You must apply for the hardship license.  If you want to get a form to apply, click here.

A. Yes. Missouri law requires that you complete SATOP if you drove with a blood alcohol content above the legal limit.

Q. What is an SR-22?

A. It is a form from your insurance company that shows your motor vehicle has liability insurance.  Click here for an example of an SR-22 form.

Q. When will the administrative suspension or revocation come off my driving record?
