Committed to You

Our goal is simple: we want to provide the highest service possible to our clients. We do that by being a small firm that solely focuses on family law. We limit the number of people that are actually in the office that you have communication and contact with. You know who your contact people are. You know who you’re going to be working with. And those are people who are dedicated to your needs and they are dedicated to being compassionate to you during this time period in your life.

After hearing what is important to you, we need to then set realistic expectations for the case. We need to understand what the facts are, how the law plays into the situation, who the judge is in your case, and how we we’re going to be able to achieve those goals. To be able to achieve those realistic expectations at the end of the case, we need to make sure that we’ve educated you as a client. We need to make sure that we’ve communicated everything that is necessary to you as a client. And we need to make sure that we’ve built a trust relationship with you as a client so at the end of the case you are confident that your needs and your values have been met.

We go to great lengths to take care of each and every one of our clients. The worst thing that we could hear at the end of the case is, “He was a decent lawyer,” “They were an okay law firm.” We are committed to trying to reach that unattainable goal of perfection. We want you to understand that this is our goal. When you walk in the door, we want you to understand how much we appreciate the opportunity to help you and how hard we are going to try to help you through this process so that you understand you are always with someone who will be by your side throughout the case.
